Pre-works contract signed

26th July 2014 and almost exactly one year after the purchase of the land and we've put pen to paper! After making a few adjustments to the contract and plenty of back and forth emails and phone calls with the sales rep from Boutique we signed for the plan below, with a few changes.




Some notable changes to the contract were:
  • Colourbond metal roof to replace standard tiled roof (required by estate)
  • Glass window splashback in Kitchen
  • Niches in both showers
  • Garage extension to 6.7m x 6.47m
  • Square set cornices throughout living areas of house
  • Upgraded kitchen island bench to 1.2m x 3m with undermounted sink and waterfall edges
  • Double stacker door to replace window in dining area
  • Double sliding cavity doors to theatre room
  • Standard door to rear hall/bedroom area
We have chosen to go with the Palamos facade for the frontage and will be looking at similar colours to the one displayed in Armstrong Creek (below)
